Infrastructure

Pirth Apparels is maintaining excellent network of fabric processing facilities. Right from the arrival of fabric, below operations being carried out within our own and associated factories :

Knitting

Most advanced high speed knitting unit – imported machines produce high quality fabrics including single and double jersey, jacquards, auto/engineered stripes, yarn dyed, interlocks and pique and fleece.

Printing

Types of Print we do - Water Base, Plastisol, Gappy, Non pvc, Glitter, Puff, High Density, Foil, Flock, Solar, Digital on Cotton, Sublimation On P/c & Poly Discharge, Transfer Print and as well as Chest prints.

Embroidery

Types Of Embroidery we do - Chain Stitches, Saterl stitches/Sponge Effect Chenilee, Silicon, Boaring, Carding, Machine sequence upto 5 colors, Hand Sequence, Picoting & all types of Hot Fix Stones & Stud.

Cutting

Cutting is the main phase in garment making. A Garment can’t be made without cutting. In our firm cutting is done by the persons who are perfectly skilled and keeping in mind the FASHION FITS. We have modern hand cutter and pattern cutting machines.

Stitching

Power singers, Lace works Button hole machines, Press Button Machines, Smocking Machine, Rib Cutting Machine, Net Folding Machine. We use the most modern and single needled machines which produce in large volume. Our stitching unit has a strong work force of skilled persons. Our Assembly line consists of both Automated and Manual machines which has been designed to provide the required quality. Whether the Stitching run numbers in millions or as low in hundreds, our goal is to get it done fast.

Checking

Every garment is subjected thru a initial check in the production on to the line and only then passed on to the separate checking division for a final checking.

Ironing

Equipped with vacuum table used steam pressing for a perfect finish.

Packing

Garments are packed neatly in the designated packs and placed inside the carton or hanger racks for dispatch with at most care.
